Greater Sudbury, Canada Sudbury Real Estate Board Full time

**Duties & Tasks**:

- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
- Input MLS® data, changes, sales, and cancellations for all board load listings submitted, ensuring that the correct information is reported.
- Responsible for Interboard Listings, ensuring all related documentation is attached before input.
- Completing and communicating return notifications for errors on all Board load MLS® Listings, changes, sales, and cancellations.
- Providing information on membership fees, policies, processes, benefits, products, and services.
- Open and distribute regular andelectronic incoming mail and other material, coordinating information flow.
- Responsible for setting up Zoom meetings for all committee meetings.
- Responsible for distribution and permanent filing of committee minutes and correspondence.
- Member support on issues (technology, rules and regulations, bylaws) etc.
- Preparation of Board Room for all meetings, including set up (if necessary), and subsequent clean up.
- Assisting with social events such as golf tournaments, Christmas parties, children’s Christmas party etc.
- Assisting with ameetings such as Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings etc
- General office duties, including filing, sorting, office supply inventory, and distributing mail.
- Assist fellow co-workers with workloads. Cross-trained on duties to pitch in during vacations etc.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer

Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Accuracy, and attention to detail are priorities.
- Experience with MailChimp, Quickbooks an asset
- Communication skills - this job involves talking to customers or clients, liaising with team members, and answering phone calls, so excellent communication skills are vital
- Database management - administrative support employees update spreadsheets and maintain databases, so they need a good understanding of programs like Microsoft Excel
- Organizational skills - administrative support employees must be incredibly organized, implementing efficient filing systems and ensuring that all important documents can be found easily and quickly.
- Time management - administrative support workers manage their time effectively and easily prioritize tasks, all while managing the time of senior staff through the calendar and schedule management.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
