A **Call Centre Representative **serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. We look for demonstration of these values:

**Experience**
- Previous call center experience is an asset
- Guest Service experience

**Skills**
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills

- Fast typing speed and accuracy
- Effective problem-solving ability
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Friendly and professional telephone manner

**Physical Demands**
- The Call Centre Representative will be required to sit for long periods of time

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.
- Must be available to work on weekdays and weekends between 7:00AM - 12:00AM (Shift Work)
