**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Update and manage the customer database accurately.
- Foster a culture of positivity and continuous improvement within the workplace.
- Tailor travel solutions to meet clients’ specific preferences and needs.
- Manage bookings, including reservations, modifications, and cancellations, through to the day of the event.
- Equip travelers with essential travel information and materials, such as event schedules or maps.
- Utilize customer feedback to drive improvements in service and product offerings.
- Recommend products and services tailored to customer interests and requirements.
- Engage in both inbound and outbound calls, including proactive follow-ups on orders.
**Qualifications**:
- Mandatory High School Diploma.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
**Experience**:
- A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role, ideally within a call center or related setting.
**Knowledge**:
- Competence in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with travel CRM systems is an asset.
**Skills**:
- Fluent bilingual capabilities in English and French are a significant asset.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- High computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, maintain focus under pressure, and prioritize effectively.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with the capacity to also work independently.
This role requires in-person attendance at our Niagara Falls, Canada, office and includes the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement during specified shifts.
This position is structured around rotating night and weekend shifts to accommodate our operational needs and provide our customers with round-the-clock support.
