Telesales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively engage with existing and potential customers through outbound calls and digital channels to drive sales and expand our customer base.
- Utilize innovative sales strategies and product knowledge to effectively showcase our range of world-renowned brands.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in outbound sales with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional selling skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Proficiency in using digital sales tools and platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (**French is an asset**).
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team-driven sales culture.

- 1 year of successful outbound sales experience preferred

**Salary**: Competitive base salary with opportunity to earn bonus and profit sharing
