Inventory Specialist- Quoting

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all product lines.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and updates.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast inventory needs based on demand.
- Prepare detailed reports using data visualization tools to present findings to management.
- Assist in the training of staff on inventory processes and best practices.
- Operate forklifts as necessary for inventory handling and movement within the warehouse.
**Qualifications**
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in data mining and collection techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant information.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
- Ability to visualize complex data sets effectively for decision-making purposes.
- Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
