Etobicoke, Canada Cannabis Inventory Specialist Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain organized and consistent stocking and packaging systems for inputs, outputs, and intermediates.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment conducive to compliant storage of all items.
- Utilize and maintain all inventory tracking systems.
- Assist in ongoing loss prevention procedures.
- Conduct physical inventory audits to ensure precise alignment with digital inventory records.
- Manage both physical and digital inventory stocking.
- Maintain accurate records, including audits and manifests.
- Coordinate and oversee inventory movement within the store.
- Organize and fulfill customer online orders promptly and efficiently.
- Perform product packaging, labeling, and ensure compliance with company and state regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the Inventory Manager to ensure accuracy of all inventory data.
- Stay informed about new cannabis products/services and industry standards.
- Maintain detailed logs and spreadsheets to track inventory concerns and issues.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous experience in an inventory or compliance role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset.
- Knowledge of state cannabis regulations.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to be assigned to different tasks throughout the day.
- Must be able to pass background check in accordance with state regulations.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for at least 8 hours.
- Capability to bend at the waist, kneel, and crouch to access product.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
- Ability to push/pull carts with various weights.

**Salary**: $19.55-$26.93 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
