**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement best practices for efficient and organized inventory management.

**Stock Replenishment**:

- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder processes as needed.
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.

**Data Analysis**:

- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
- Generate reports to provide insights into inventory performance.

**Quality Control**:

- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the integrity and quality of incoming inventory.
- Implement measures to prevent and address issues related to damaged or expired products.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management.
- Implement and document changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, logistics, and finance, to streamline inventory.
- Communicate effectively to address any inventory-related issues and maintain a smooth workflow.

**Technology Utilization**:

- Utilize inventory management software and tools to streamline processes.
- Stay updated on advancements in inventory control technology.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Knowledge of best practices in inventory control and supply chain management.

6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.

7. Effective communication and collaboration skills.

8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
