**Who we are**:
Stephano Group LTD is a proud, family owned, Canadian food processing company. We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team and help in our mission to offer a complete commitment to quality and outstanding customer service.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Identify issues and trends with inventory. Develop root cause and corrective action plans to address issues
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies
- Monitor inventory movement and identify trends or patterns
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work closely with the production, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth operations
- Utilize ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) system to track and manage inventory
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts
- Generate reports and present findings to management
- Identify Process Improvement Opportunities: Continually look for ways to improve processes related to consumption, output, and product movements

**Requirements**:

- Good Microsoft Excel skills are critical for this role. V Lookup, Pivot tables, charts etc.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in inventory control or related role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficient in using inventory control systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
