About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at JB Truck Repair Centre. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Operations: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports.
  • Coordination and Oversight: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Conditions: 35 hours per week, permanent position.
