  • Develop and manage budgets and expenditures
  • Organize and streamline daily tasks
  • Establish and enforce office policies and procedures
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and conferences
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments
  • Manage telephone communications and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Guide the development of communication strategies
  • Compile and analyze data and statistics
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make necessary reservations
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts
  • Maintain both manual and computerized filing systems
  • Type and proofread various documents
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Manage and maintain a digital database
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Consult with clients post-sale for ongoing support
