**Summary**

The Office Coordinator will primarily be responsible for connecting and coordinating office activities and providing direct administrative and office management support to the Outscape Team (both in office and in field). This position coordinates with management staff and supporting staff to ensure all steps in companywide workflow are followed and completed in a timely manner. The Office Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for all incoming questions, concerns or inquires and redirects as needed to correct member of team.

The duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy. Drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results that meet these established criteria are necessary for successful job performance. The job environment is structured and job expectations are clear. While the pace of the work is faster than average, quality is never compromised. The focus of communication and organizational relationships is based on technical expertise. The work requires specialized technical problem solving and ingenuity while working within approved organizational systems and technology, and the demonstration of the values of integrity, quality and caution. New ideas and concepts are also important but will be carefully analyzed and tested before communication and adoption. If the task involves managing others, there is a need for someone who can exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met. At the same time, it will be necessary to give colleagues structured opportunity to develop their own expertise and capability for quality work to assure effective delegation and shared responsibility for work output. It is expected that coaching and training support for achieving effective delegation will be required. The position encompasses a defined span of control and opportunity for someone who engenders trust, demonstrates a sense of urgency, and assures consistent achievement of quality standards. The work requires making decisions that support company guidelines authoritatively and quickly.

**Job Duties**
- Provide direct administrative and office management support to operations and sales management as directed by verbal or written instruction.
- Administer and monitor company workflow system
- Ongoing development of standard operating procedures to improve internal organization and increase efficiencies were possible
- Assist operation’s staff in coordinating day-to-day field activities
- Complete and review all expense reports, invoices, and other relevant monetary documents.
- Assist in the tracking of all project costs to ensure completion within budget, and completing cost analysis reports upon completion.
- Assist with payroll processing
- Assist with training development for new employees
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Previous experience in an administrative or office coordination working in multidivisional company is a plus
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, and visitors at all times.
- Proficient in QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

**Salary**: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
