We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at NA 786 Transportation Inc. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and other financial documents.
- Technology Support: Provide technical support for our office software and equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
