Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting for a Territory Account Manager in Greater Montreal.

Since debuting the world’s first disposable soft contact lens in 1987, we have been helping patients see better through our world-leading ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses. In 2017, we expanded into cataract surgery, laser refractive surgery (LASIK) and consumer eye health and now serve more than 60 million patients a day across 103 countries with our eye health portfolio.
Are you interested in joining a dynamic and growing team representing innovative products in the vision care industry? This role will be responsible for representing the Johnson & Johnson Vision organization by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales and promotion of ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses
- Managing a territory and performing sales calls on Optometrists, Opticians, Ophthalmologists and Optical retail outlets.
- Implementation of sales/marketing strategies as set out in yearly and quarterly sales direction
- Assess and report on marketplace activity on a regular basis
- You will stay ahead of new products / services, price trends and industry information
- Demonstrate a high level of collaboration through communication of successful examples and innovative ways to selling and marketing our product line to colleague across Canadian vision care organization and with Myopia Management team.
- Conduct professional education sessions with key customer groups on an ongoing basis.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree is required; Science, Health Studies or Business preferred.
**Experience and Skills**:
- Minimum 2 year of successful sales experience (health industry preferred), with a documented track record of success (attainment to goals, awards, formal recognition) in those roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proven results orientation and influencing skills in a dynamic sales environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS office suite and CRM software
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize is a requirement in this role
- 5%-10% travel could be required
**Other**:
- The territory includes Montreal and Greater Montreal area
- Bilingual English and French (verbal and written) is required
- Valid Driver’s license. As driving is an essential requirement of the role, a safe driving record as per Johnson & Johnson SAFE Fleet guidelines is required
