**Territory Sales Manager**

**Summary**

An integral part of the Sales Team, the Territory Manager will have direct responsibility and accountability for territory development and selling power generation solutions, as well as achieving and surpassing gross margin and sales revenue forecasts.

**What You’ll Do**
- Identify, develop, and execute plan to generate new business within your assigned territory
- Create and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide budgets, forecasting, and reports as required
- Work with potential and existing customers to sell the Company’s products by actively pursuing sales opportunities and creating timely and accurate estimates, quotations, and proposals.
- Assist the Company in developing stronger relationships with its customers, including primary electrical contractors, consulting engineers, business to business (B2B), municipalities, utilities, etc.
- Proactively consult with engineers, as required, to clarify specifications and to determine exact equipment requirements for bids and tenders, and work with them as a partner on projects to have Company named and specified as the recommended supplier
- Regularly and accurately populate the company’s business tracking tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure timely and accurate delivery for customers
- Other duties as deemed necessary and relevant to the position of Territory Manager, as determined by management

**What You Need**
- Minimum 3 years successful sales experience
- **Bilingual in French and English required**:

- Post-secondary education or experience in a related industry preferred
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle for business purposes
- Ability to travel locally on a frequent basis and away from territory on an occasional basis
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, and customer relationship management tools
- Availability to work in the case of a power outage or declared State of Emergency by any level of government

**Sommaire**:
Partie intégrale de l'équipe de vente, le responsable de territoire aura la responsabilité directe du développement du territoire de l’est du Canada et de la vente de génératrices. La personne occupant ce poste aura comme objectif d’atteindre et de dépasser les prévisions de marge brute et de chiffre d’affaires.

**Ce que vous allez faire**
- Identifier, développer et exécuter un plan pour générer de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires dans le territoire qui vous est attribué
- Créer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients nouveaux et existants
- Fournir des budgets, des prévisions et des rapports, selon les besoins
- Travailler avec des clients potentiels et existants pour vendre les produits de la compagnie en recherchant activement des opportunités de vente et en créant des estimés, des devis et des propositions précis et opportuns
- Aider la compagnie à développer des relations solides avec ses clients, notamment les contracteurs électriques, les ingénieurs-conseils, les entreprises interentreprises (B2B), les municipalités, les services publics, etc.
- Consulter de manière proactive les ingénieurs, si nécessaire, pour clarifier les spécifications et déterminer les exigences exactes en matière d'équipement pour les soumissions et les appels d'offres, et travailler avec eux en tant que partenaire sur les projets afin que l'entreprise soit nommée et spécifiée comme le fournisseur recommandé
- Peupler régulièrement et avec précision les outils de suivi des activités de l'entreprise, tels que Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes, notamment les ventes, les ingénieurs et la gestion de projet, pour assurer une livraison précise et en temps voulu aux clients
- D'autres tâches jugées nécessaires et pertinentes pour le poste de directeur de territoire, telles que déterminées par la direction

**Ce qu'il vous faut**
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience prouvée dans la vente
- **Bilinguisme en français et en anglais requis**:

- Une formation postsecondaire ou une expérience dans un secteur similaire est préférable
- Capacité à conduire un véhicule personnel à des fins professionnelles
- Capacité à voyager localement sur une base fréquente et à l'extérieur du territoire sur une base occasionnelle.
