Overview:
This position supports the VP, Sales and Marketing Americas in all department related activities

**Responsibilities**:

- Representing on behalf of and providing administrative support to a senior level executive.
- Calendar management and coordinating internal and external conferences event planning, coordinating travel arrangements & itineraries, preparing expenses ect.
- Managing inbox and correspondence, preparing for general meeting materials, agendas, presentations, various reports, proofreading and editing documents, and handling confidential information.
- Financial statements analytics and preparing financial reports for Executive Committee meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Special project liaison across multiple business units focusing on bridging the communication/information sharing, Journal article research.
- Assisting brand awareness through marketing endeavors such as managing social media platforms
- Personal assistant duties and errands.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of senior administrative assistance supporting executives.
- Understanding of the medical device healthcare business in Canada is strongly preferred.
- University Degree
- Business Administration or related field.
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and high degree of professionalism.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, proficient with video conferencing platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
