**Connecting Care (2000) Inc.** is seeking a Hybrid role for an experienced high level** Executive Assistant** for our Home Office located in Edmonton. Are you driven and knowledgeable in best administrative processes? Able to navigate through moments of ambiguity? Embody an overall positive and supportive work ethic? The Executive assistant plays an integral role serving as an ambassador and assisting the executive team in alignment with Connecting Care’s vision, mission, philosophy.

- Providing services in a manner that demonstrates the principles of appropriate choice, dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values
- Superb Time Management skills, able to shift priorities throughout the day
- Someone who takes initiative and skilled with detail orientation
- Organizing required meetings and flow of documents
- Experienced and knowledgeable in expense reconciliations
- Responsive to inquiries from internal and external partners
- Providing liaison services with other administrative supports
- Assuming responsibility for the CEO and board reports
- Management of appointments, meetings, and maintaining Executives calendars
- Prepare and edit internal and external communications
- Coordinate applicable travel arrangements
- Maintaining and fostering partnerships and collaborations
- Performing other services/tasks/duties related to employee Care Partner role as assigned

**Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from**:

- Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Office Administration (or related field)
- Minimum 5+ years in executive level administrative support
- Office management systems and procedures knowledge (required)
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
