**Channel Manager**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Manager to join our team. The Partner Manager will be responsible for cultivating and managing strategic partnerships to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth. They will also be responsible for taking all referral leads and moving them through a sales cycle which includes discovery, product demonstration, invoicing, and passing off to onboarding.
**Responsibilities**
- ** Partner Identification and Onboarding**: Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with our business goals. Sell prospective partners on the value of working with Readymode. Lead the onboarding process, ensuring strong adoption of our PMP Partnerstack to refer prospective customers.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize mutual value. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing partner inquiries, and concerns, and fostering collaboration on joint initiatives.
New referral client acquisition: Qualify, demo, and close prospects that come inbound via the Partner referral network. These referrals are generally SMB 1-3 user clients and with high-velocity sales cycles.
- **Collaborative Initiatives**: Develop joint marketing and sales strategies with partners to drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. Coordinate and execute joint campaigns and programs to achieve agreed-upon targets.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize partnership effectiveness.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, revops) to align partnership strategies with overall company objectives. Communicate partner needs and insights to relevant teams for product enhancements or process improvements.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience 2+ years in partner management, business development, inside sales or a similar role within the tech industry.
- Experience closing small
- to medium-sized business deals is an asset.
- Strong understanding of partnership dynamics, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive mutually beneficial agreements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of working independently and in a team environment.
