Demand Generation Manager

**Position Overview**:
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand and creating awareness for our home appliance products and services. You will be responsible for expanding and maintaining our CRM, managing lead generation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute on marketing campaigns.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation:_
- Implement lead generation programs to acquire and nurture leads and expand our CRM database throughout the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Content Creation and Messaging:_
- Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand for home appliance products.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to identify target audiences, refine messaging, and maximize campaign effectiveness focused on lead generation.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and optimize strategies for improved performance.
- Collaboration and Alignment:_
- Work closely with E-Commerce sales, Marketing other cross-functional teams to understand product positioning and market trends.
- Align demand generation strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Marketing Analytics:_
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Main qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years experience in demand generation, lead generation, and digital marketing within the home appliance or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
