Servicing Canadian IT professionals and their business customers since 2005, ITCloud.ca is an authorized Canadian Distributor for Microsoft, Acronis, Bitdefender, AvePoint, BitTitan, Letsignit and NinjaOne. Through our partner channel, we provision Canadian businesses with the most powerful corporate cloud solutions for continuity, cybersecurity and productivity. Highly skilled on both the technical and business sides, our team backs up our partners-resellers with technical, sales, marketing and administrative enablement so they can build a successful business while provisioning their client-base through our simple and secure marketplace.

**About you**

Are you a dynamic and passionate professional with a strong interest in forging strategic partnerships and driving business growth? Joint the ITCloud.ca Partner Channel Team As a Partner Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing our partner network. You will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships, aligning strategies, and driving mutual business success. This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in partner management, sales, and collaboration.

**What you'll do and how you'll have an impact**
- **Expand Partner Network**:

- Identify and onboard new partners in the assigned region to grow the ITCloud.ca partner channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential partners and key influencers.
- **Cultivate Strong Relationships**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring a satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.
- Conduct relationship reviews and address any partner concerns.
- **Align Strategies and Objectives**:

- Collaborate with partners to align joint objectives, strategies, and initiatives for mutual business success.
- Create and document joint objectives and KPIs, tracking progress and success.
- **Promote Collaboration**:

- Foster a culture of collaboration between internal teams and partners.
- Establish regular communication channels to ensure alignment and smooth execution of joint initiatives.
- **Represent the Company**:

- Attend and actively participate in industry events, conferences, and partner-specific engagements.
- Promote ITCloud's brand and capabilities, and identify potential opportunities.

**What you'll need**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of proven experience in partner management, sales, or a related role.
- Field related experience of working in the Cloud Channel Ecosystem (ISV, Vendor, Distributor, Channel Partner)
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for industry events and partner engagements
