**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the automotive dealership market.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with key decision-makers at dealerships.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand dealerships' retention challenges
- Present and demonstrate Extended Trust's product offerings, including interior and exterior protection plans, to dealership personnel and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance product offerings and ensure alignment with market needs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealership partners to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Extended Trust programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain strong relationships with dealerships post-sale, including regular check-ins, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Act as a trusted advisor to dealership personnel, offering insights and recommendations to optimize program performance and maximize customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
- Previous experience as a finance director is an advantage.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, automotive finance, and customer retention strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: $140,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
