**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Administration Services Lead and working in an exciting and collaborative environment, you will:

- Maintain a professional image and a positive attitude as the first point-of-contact for the company.
- Multitask and prioritize workload. - Develop a basic understanding of the company’s services and clients to facilitate front line discussions with office guests.
- Perform general maintenance and housekeeping in common areas including restocking and ordering supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the Building Services group, including:

- Work Order Billings and Invoicing
- Collecting and reconciling timesheets
- Accounts Receivable
- Updating reports
- Provide additional administrative support to all company departments when required and appropriate.

**Who are we looking for?**

**Education and Experience**:

- Three to five (3 - 5) years of related experience, including providing administrative support.
- Business Administration diploma considered an asset
- Construction experience considered an asset

**About you**:

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing and self-motivator
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Proficiency with all areas of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently.
- Detail-oriented work ethic.

**Job Details**:

- Permanent, full-time
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
