**SUMMARY**
The incumbent of this position is responsible for supporting administration day to day tasks at the branch. Reporting to the Branch Administrator.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
May include, but are not limited to:

- Attending to phone call inquiries
- Assisting customer requests
- Filing documents
- Sorting pick order tickets
- Maintaining office supplies inventory level
- Other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION**:

- 2 years’ experience in administrative/office environment
- Relevant experience of at least 2 years - preferably in the distribution field
- Good communication and active listening skills
- Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
- Good planning and organizational skills

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

**WORKPLACE**
The noise level in the workplace is usually moderate since the work is usually done in an office. Part of the work could be done in operational units; in this case, PPE should be worn (including safety glasses or ear protection). There are opportunities for outside work; it may be necessary to use stairs and elevators. The position may include local travel (approximately 10%) between branches.
