Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team. Monday - Friday: 9am-4pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- General administrative duties
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Provide administrative support
- Manage and track company assets
- Accounts Payable data entry
- Various administrative or bookkeeping duties as required

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years related accounting and administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration is considered an asset
