**Enterprise Account Executive (AE)**

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- You have proven experience in large enterprise SaaS sales models and cycles, preferably in the physical security, retail, or loss prevention sectors.
- You have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- You have the ability to effortlessly build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, key stakeholders, and peers.
- You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- You have proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)..
- You are on a never-ending journey of self-improvement and personal development, sharing your knowledge with others and taking responsibility for your own development.
- You enjoy travel - you will visit our customers when required to do walkthroughs and understand their business needs.
- You are an overachiever. Targets and goals are meant to be exceeded, not met.

**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada or the U.S;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- ** Business Development**:

- Identify and target key enterprise accounts within the physical security space.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- ** Sales Execution**:

- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presentations, negotiations, and contract management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- ** Account Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Solink products and services.
- ** Market Insights**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the physical security and retail sectors.
- Gather and share market intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies.
