- Providing excellent customer service by guiding parents towards the right program for their child.
- Booking students for assessments and following up with parents as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of student enrolment, attendance, and assessments.
- Coordinating with the teaching staff to ensure the smooth delivery of programs and services.
- Managing student files and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Preparing reports and other administrative tasks as required.
- Assisting with marketing initiatives to promote the learning centre's programs.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in administration and customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior knowledge of the education industry would be an added advantage.
