Office Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Administer payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in team management by coordinating schedules, meetings, and project timelines.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office management position.
- Strong skills in budgeting, vendor management, and payroll processing.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong team management capabilities with a collaborative mindset.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
