The Service Administrative Assistant we are looking for is someone who’s thorough, reasonably proactive and is restless when it comes to the pursuit of information. As the Service Administrative Assistant, you are a key player when it comes to relaying information between the Service Department and the Pre-Owned Vehicle Manager. You do so by scheduling all incoming used vehicles to be inspected by one of our GM certified technicians. From the inspection, you generate a quote for the Sales Department detailing all repair or maintenance work the vehicle requires so the department can make an informed decision on how they’d like to proceed. You are then responsible for ensuring the parts get ordered and the repair work gets scheduled in with a technician and completed, with the goal of everything being done within 3 days or less.
You play a tremendous role in maintaining positive relationships between our Service Department and Sales Department as well as with other service shops we may outsource work to. You also work with any recent used vehicle customers that run into mechanical issues with their vehicle in the first three months of ownership.
When not working on quotes or dealing with customers, you allow your organizational and follow-through skills to shine by keeping all relevant tracking sheets updated in real time. You ensure all work is properly documented on all repair based on the approved quotes and you keep your pulse on every used vehicle by regularly walking the lot with the Pre-Owned Vehicle Manager.

**Required Experience**
- **Education**: High School or GED
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative type role. Customer Service experience considered an asset.
- **Other**: Valid Drivers License
**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
