**Core responsibilities will include**:
Inside Sales-Related Duties
- Work directly with the President and under his discretion any agents, distributors, and or outside sales team to support a wide variety of administrative functions.
- Active new business development following a set amount of time per week to help generate new business. These projects will be initiated by the President and reviewed/discussed weekly.

Operations;
- Be responsible for all operational activities in the business working with the Operations Manager in The Netherlands (Translas BV), the President of Translas North America, and the finance team.
- Be responsible for the processing of sales through SAP into Sales Orders.
- Work with the finance department on invoicing (Deposit Invoices/Final Invoices etc.)
- Be responsible for creating pick slips, delivery notes, customs invoices, shipping documents, etc.
- Be responsible for inventory management and purchasing - creating POs through SAP using MRP, etc.
- Be responsible for coordinating and arranging shipments inbound from The Netherlands etc.
- Assisting with the planning, organization, and equipment for company trade shows and events including logístical requirements as per direction and involvement of the President and Marketing Manager.
- Working in/with the warehouse - Shipping/Receiving manager directly.
- Helping as/when required in the warehouse. Accepting shipments and packing up small/medium sized shipments if required, and arranging the logistics, and shipping carriers online and through the portals/accounts we have set up, following the procedures as directed by the President.

General Support/Assistance;
- Generally assisting the President with his daily business or personal tasks that relieves him from the stress of tasks that are associated with managing the business and wearing many hats, doing what it takes to get the job done.
- Overseeing and performing office administrative procedures and devising ways to streamline processes and systems.
- You will be mainly required to be present at all times in the office, helping keep the office staffed and operational and making the travel of the President or other staff members that use the office be able to travel easily. Some (Occasional) travel may be required to suppliers, customers, distributors, specific events and or meetings and trade shows in Canada, USA, and possibly globally upon discussion and agreement with the President.
- Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
