**About The Opportunity**

We have recently completed rebuilding our 15+ year legacy Salesforce instance. Our focus now is to continue to add value by enabling our business through technology while further globalizing our people and processes. The business processes we enable in our Salesforce are end to end as we cover Marketing, Sales, Implementations, Account Management, Operations, and Support. We have also recently deployed an Omni Channel solution that is critical to our business and their interactions with customers. This is leveraging Service Cloud and will continue to expand with the use of Service Cloud Voice, Einstein, GPT, and integrations with our other important platforms. This is truly an amazing opportunity to help take FCTG to the next level and change the way we do business with our customers while strengthening our position as a leader in travel tech.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Salesforce projects by managing technical resources and assume role as Scrum Master across multiple workstreams.
- Assess risk, issues and impact on solution and delivery commitments in coordination with Project Manager
- Manage the technical delivery of Salesforce projects across multiple brands within FCTG, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Own development of plan to review and manage work throughout development lifecycle and ensure milestones are met while addressing key issues that put dates at risk
- Work closely with the project stakeholders and product owners to understand their business needs, recommend solutions, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead and manage project teams consisting of Salesforce developers, administrators, and other stakeholders, providing direction, guidance, and support as required
- Develop and maintain status reports, and other project-related documentation such as managing JIRA boards
- Manage resource strategy, and contingency plan
- Continuously improve project delivery processes and methodologies, and contribute to the development of best practices and standards
- Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices, trends, and emerging technologies
- Help build, mentor and coach direct reports to ensure high-performance and career development
- Collaboration and Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and end users through product owners. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide level 3 support
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver quality results, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams across multiple locations globally

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Scrum Certification: CSM, CSP, PSM, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Project Management Certification is valuable: PMP, PMI, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in Software delivery
- Experience managing complex Salesforce projects with multiple stakeholders, teams, and technologies
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Agile
- Demonstrated experience in working on transformational projects, leading technical initiatives, and driving positive change within Salesforce implementations.
- Familiarity with the travel industry will be considered an asset.
- Experience in working in a global setting with resources across the globe.
