Role Description:
Must have Technical Competency: 9-12 years of Salesforce experience Strong understanding of Sales/Service Cloud Strong understanding of **REST and SOAP API **integration Strong analytical thinking capabilities and creative problem-solving skills Experience writing the technical specification documents and process flows based on the requirements Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in LWC components Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Apex concepts and Flows Ability to lead a team as well as contribute to the project delivery Strong understanding of industry best practices Ability to review the code and provide suggestion for quality deliverable Expose to the deployment tools ? preferably Copado and a good understanding in **GIT and** **DevOps** concepts Strong written and verbal communication skills Good team player and ready to take responsibility on the key items Familiarity with Agile methodology Certifications**:Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2.**
Competencies: Digital : Salesforce Administration and Functional Design
Experience (Years): 8-10 Good understanding of middleware systems like **MuleSoft **Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud Sharing and Visibility Designer Certification Experience working in Insurance domain"
