Lead Director, Client Success Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Director to lead our Professional Services sales and delivery across a portfolio of cross-industry customers in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire teams engaged in both the pursuit of opportunities and delivery of programs/projects.
- Accountable for running and continually improving governance, quality assurance, and oversight of all projects in the professional services portfolio.
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Industry Consulting Teams to drive continued growth of services.
- Collaborate closely with delivery practices leadership to ensure a balance of supply and demand for resource skills and capacity.
- Work closely with the Sales organization and support solution sales process.
- Review and approve sophisticated proposals and statements of work.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of customer expectations.
- Collaborate with Professional Services Marketing, Sales and Pre-Sales Teams.
- Champion executive relationships and serve as the executive sponsor when required.
- Gain a deep understanding of our customers and help them realize their business value.
- Work with Salesforce Enablement, Training, and Employee Success Teams.
- Contribute to new and existing service offerings in partnership with Product Management and Development Teams.
- Accountable for running and continually improving repeatable processes.
- Collaborate with our ecosystem of Salesforce consulting partners.
- Responsible for achieving strategic and financial targets.
- Provide management reports to senior management on customer status.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability in a Services leadership position.
- 5+ years of work experience with deep industry expertise.
- Strong technical acumen and experience working with technical teams.
- Track record in product and business model innovation.
- Shown success at leading transformational projects.
- Senior leader able to operate effectively with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Travel is an integral part of this role.
- Degree or equivalent confirmed experience required.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on location)
