**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

The Business Transformation team supports Capital Markets by working closely with business partners across Front Office as well as functional teams to help enable change by executing business-driven transformation.

**Please note, this is hybrid role. The expectation is that the incumbent will work a minimum of 3 days in the office.**

**What will you do?**
- ** Key Accountabilities**
- Develop key relationships within the Businesses, Functions, to facilitate project execution and the transfer of knowledge after project completion
- Work with stakeholders to develop project schedules, deliverables, and milestones
- Create and maintain project artefacts, meeting materials, reports and status updates
- Regularly report progress of project status, milestones, achievements, and risks / issues in both formal and informal settings
- Prepare presentation materials to communicate project progress for key stakeholders and management as needed
- Troubleshoot problems and concerns, and escalating issues for resolution

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Must-have _
- Undergraduate university degree in Business, Finance or a related field required
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and PowerPoint (strong storyboarding of executive level presentations)
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder and relationship management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to proactively work with other stakeholders in the bank to independently facilitate work
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment with the ability to provide direction to others
- Nice-to-have_
- Understanding of Capital Markets and/or previous banking experience
- Experience in leading projects or work streams within projects
