About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Lead to join our team at Zurich Insurance Company. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business transformation initiatives that align with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth and optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Analyze business needs and design solutions that meet those needs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from executives to front-line employees, to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering business transformation projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
