**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Admin Assistant who has dealt with Immigration customers and can handle the reception very well. Along with the administration duties, one should be camera friendly and comfortable for video shoots to create Immigration related marketing content for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage office operations to ensure efficiency
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Research, shoot self videos for marketing materials
- Manage office budgeting, expenses and bookkeeping transactions
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
- Lead and supervise office staff, fostering a positive team environment

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Immigration administration
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

**Note**:_Minimum 3 years experience in Immigration field is required_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
