**The Experiential Marketing Specialist is directly responsible for providing continuous support of KCA’s experiential, partnership and events portfolio. You will be expected to support the planning and execution of best-in-class experiential marketing programs and events.
- **Responsibilities**

**- Support the Experiential Marketing team with the execution of logistics related to creating memorable experiences at events including overseeing communications, merchandise supply, signage, collateral development, vehicle management etc.
- Coordinate with internal team and agency partners our campaign milestones from start to completion (planning, briefings, proposals, execution, and post project reviews)
- Perform dept. analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Ensure that all partnerships are strategically aligned with Kia’s brand identity.
- Support the strategic direction, management, & coordination of events and on-site activations with key partners including agencies, vendors, data providers and internal departments, clearly defining roles and responsibilities and ensuring that all programs are on strategy.
- Responsible for tracking of program budgets and scope of work, ensuring maximum ROI and overall expenditures remain in line with agreed budgets.
- Support vehicle management process, logistics, preparation, and documentation for all events.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- This role will require travel.
**Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required**

**- Post-graduate degree or diploma in marketing or business admin.
- 2 years of experiential marketing, event management, agency, or similar role experience.
- Sports partnership and/or Auto Show experience would be an asset.
- Must possess advanced MS office suite skills.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, budgeting, and execution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations.
- Comfortable and have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and more.
