InField Marketing Group is a leading integrated marketing agency specializing in Sales, Retail, Digital, and Experiential Marketing programming. We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Marketing Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage and execute various event programs for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the account team in delivering first-class activations, managing day-to-day client relationships, and coordinating event logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the account team in executing event programs for a portfolio of clients, including confirming program assets and communicating with clients on a daily basis.
  • Assist with managing client/ account/campaigns, including monitoring budgets and work schedules.
  • Manage event logistics, including sourcing and ordering program assets, such as signage, premiums, and program equipment.
  • Coordinate with the team and clients to develop event schedules and ensure timely execution.
  • Build and strengthen positive client relationships, ensuring client requests are met in a timely and service-oriented manner.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in experiential marketing, account management, or event planning.
  • A respect for process, highly organized, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to express information in a friendly and personable approach.
  • A passion for events and teamwork.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and balance multiple responsibilities.
What We Offer:
  • An estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
