**Drive Efficiencies and Improve Processes**
As a Corporate Records Administrator you will provide essential administrative support and fulfill a variety of departmental tasks and assignments to manage and maintain our corporate records. This important work will support our Dealers and ensure their day-to-day operations run smoothly. Led by the Manager, Corporate Records, this opportunity will suit someone who is an effective communicator with strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

- Manage the submission of Dealer financial statements and provide monthly reporting.
- Provide accurate equity confirmations and incentive loan balances to Dealers and their advisors.
- Manage security documents, registrations, renewals, inventory repurchase agreements, and insurance certificates with precision.
- Ensure proper setup and maintenance of electronic Dealer Documents.
- Assist with various office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and managing reports and Dealer files.
- Maintain adequate office supplies through regular inventory checks and procurement processes.
**We’re looking for**:
- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or Legal Administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial insurance, financial, or legal administration.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and complete tasks with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Openness to cross-training for back-up support.
- Ability to be onsite five days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs.
