This Corporate Services Division provides corporate business support services for AGLC. It consists of the Office of the CFO, Corporate Operations, Finance, Procurement, Properties, Strategy, Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit.

**JOB SUMMARY**

Reporting to the Supervisor, Records Management, the Corporate Records Support Analyst is responsible for providing business areas with the on-going records management advice and support necessary to ensure compliance with the Corporate Records & Information Management (RIM) Program. This position also supports the development, deployment, and implementation of the Electronic Records Management (ERM) program that ensures data and metadata accessibility, security, and integrity of electronic records. The Analyst’s work must be performed in compliance with legislation, in accordance with AGLC business plans, policies, and procedures, resulting in effective efficient management of organizational records throughout their entire life cycle.

The Analyst will help develop new processes and procedures for Records Management that involve active and inactive records, vital records, disaster prevention and recovery, and automated systems. There is a requirement to manage records efficiently to avoid breaches of records confidentiality and security, information being destroyed before its legal disposition date, and to ensure access to information not readily available.

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- A High school diploma supported by a Records Information Management Diploma that includes records courses would be a strong asset and a minimum of 2 years of related Records Management experience is required.
- Experience with, and knowledge of, Information Technology and how it relates to Records Management is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- FOIP training and experience with SharePoint is an asset.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
- The ability to lift up to 35 lbs. is required.

- As a condition of employment, you will be required to obtain a satisfactory security clearance and clean drivers abstract (if necessary) prior to employment.
