Bilingual Claims Processor

Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity available for a **Bilingual Claims Processor** to join our Dealer Services Claims team. Reporting to our Dealer Services Manager, you will be responsible for processing claims submitted by our Dealer Owners.

**What you’ll do**:
- Assist with Dealer inquiries pertaining to the Claims program (policies and procedures) and the electronic processing system.
- Review all electronic claims entered by Dealers and process next steps to ensure accuracy and correct invoicing for the Dealers.
- Provide support to other areas of the business related to Dealer claims.
- Responsible for the filing of picklist and Bill of Ladings for the Warehouse.
- Participate in the development of Claims training material to be shared interdepartmentally and with Dealers.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Post-secondary courses in Business, Office or Data Management or Accounting is an asset.
- One to two years of office, administration or claims experience is preferred.
- Retail experience would be considered an asset.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Home Hardware’s computer systems an asset. Product knowledge is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to ensure professionalism during all correspondence.
- Excellent attention to detail skills.
- Bilingual with the ability to communicate in French and English is required.
- Ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
