Training Administrator

WCMRC is hiring a **Full-Time** **Training Administrator **to join our team in **Burnaby or** **Nanaimo, B.C**.
Reporting to the Training Manager, the primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitor the implementation and progress of the training, development, and education initiatives by tracking employee and program metrics, producing regular reports, and identifying trends in data.
- Maintain up to date information related to training records and certification requirements.
- Act as the learning management software (LMS) learner support contact.
- Work in accordance with all legal requirements, attend and complete all required health and safety training, report all accidents, and take necessary precautions to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
- Assist in the coordination of training team schedule.
