Job Summary

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Providing administrative support to team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
  • Performing various tasks related to office management, such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment
Requirements
  • A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a high school graduation, one year of related experience, and additional related coursework in office or business administration
  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills
  • Knowledge of relevant computer programs, including word processing, database, and spreadsheets
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
