Job Duties
- Bookkeeping, AR & AP
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Telephone duties
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Receive and sort mail
- Monthly Progress Billing
- Assisting Office Manager & Project Manager
- Cleaning and organizing office area
- Filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, couriering
Skills Required
- Must have Sage 50/ Simply Accounting Experience/ Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Able to handle pressure
- High School diploma
- Organization skills
- Office Experience
- Bookkeeping - 3 years min.
- Administrative - 3 years min.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
