Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Utilize QuickBooks software for financial transactions and bookkeeping
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Type correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed
- Assist with office supply inventory management
- Help with organizing and coordinating office events or meetings

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a dental office is a bonus
