**Responsibilities include**
- Greet customers
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Reconciling accounting schedules
- Payroll analysis (Flat rate & Hourly rate),
- Status calls/update promise, and uploading final estimates to insurance companies.
- Must enjoy working with numbers, reports, and computers
- Position requires working in an office environment,
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Close attention to detail, and patience. -Communication, organization, and time management skills are essential.
- Must be a team player and work well with people.

**Education & Experience**
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Keyboard skills
- Must have Prioritizing skills
- Ability to work a switchboard
- Accounting skills are essential(A/P & A/R)
- Good writing and verbal skills
- A high school education is required.
- Familiarity with automotive businesses are helpful.
- Punjabi language will be an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$23.00 per year
