Law Office Administrator/receptionist

We seeking a full time, confident and organized Office Administrator/Receptionist.
Key responsibilities for the position include:
- Greeting clients;
- Answering the telephone and directing calls to appropriate team member;
- Processing payments and closing POS terminals at end of day;
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail;
- Managing the distribution of monthly account statements to clients;
- Maintaining office supply inventories and ordering supplies;
- Opening and closing files following applicable procedures;
- Updating website and social media accounts when required;
- Updating the phone system and electronic door access system as required; and
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and other routines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
The following will be considered an asset:
- French/English bilingualism
- Experience working in a law firm
- Experience using PC Law
