**Law Office Administrative Assistant / Receptionist**
We are seeking a full time, confident and organized Office Administrator/Receptionist.
Key responsibilities for the position include:
- Greeting clients
- Answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate team member
- Processing payments and closing POS terminal at end of day
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Managing the distribution of monthly account statements to clients
- Maintaining office supply inventories and ordering supplies
- Opening and closing files following applicable procedures
- Updating website and social media accounts, assisting with marketing initiatives
- Updating the phone system and electronic door access system as required
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and other routines
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- French/English bilingualism
- Experience working in a law office or similar office environment
