***Essential Duties**:

Administrative_**
- Provide administrative support to President, Ontario, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, preparing agendas, reports, documents, and presentations, managing the calendar when directed, expense reconciliation, organizing meetings, and follow up correspondence as required._

Company Events_**
- Plan and execute various company events, including but not limited to, daily FirstCall, town hall meetings, on-site and off-site meetings for the leadership teams, monthly One Team Days at the Ontario Support Centre (OSC), executive team field visits, annual service awards, holiday parties. _Prepare detailed event budgets for approval from the executive team and adhere to said budgets. Provide recommendations on new internal and external events._
**_ _**_ Branding & Marketing_**
- Respond to all Google Reviews, along with driving internal recognition and tracking/presenting on performance by business unit. Act as liaison with North Region (NRO) marketing team for copy edits, branding recommendations, and campaign reviews._

Communications & Publications_**
- Create monthly associate newsletter, draft company and President memorandums, act as liaison to North Region (NRO) on communications as required. _Proactively identify topics or events that are communication worthy._

Social Purpose_**
- Lead and execute events, collaboration, and awareness around quarterly social purposes initiatives._
- _Additional duties as required._
**Education & Experience**:
Post Secondary is preferred.
Must have 3 or more years’ experience as an executive assistant for a C-suite leader.
Prior experience in property management is an asset.
**Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies**:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent Computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite of products.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Written and oral communication in English
- Experience using Canva is an asset.
**Tools & Equipment Used**:
Computers and regular office devices
**Physical Requirements & Working Environment**:
This role will be primarily office based, sitting a desk.
**Travel**:
**Regular travel between offices will be required.**
**Some site visits or offsite locations within the GTA will be required throughout the year.**
