**Job Overview**:_ _We have a new opportunity for an Executive Assistant to be aligned and branded with one of our clients, supporting executive leadership in a full-time role.
**How you’ll shape the future of talent**:
- Act independently with a high level of confidentiality, judgment, and discretion at all times
- Provide backup support/overflow support to other Executive Assistants, as appropriate
- Consistently and promptly exercise discretion in managing all incoming inquiries/requests confidentially and re-directing issues where appropriate
- Coordinate meetings, interactions, and projects between internal/external parties and the relevant individuals within the organization
- Keep the Executive Leadership Team informed and up-to-date about the status/progress of all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities
- Efficiently manage executive calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling and coordination of appointments, meetings, and events
- Provide comprehensive note-taking support during meetings, ensuring accurate records and action items are captured for follow-up and execution
**You’ll be someone who can bring**:
- High School diploma or equivalent education required
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience supporting executive leadership in an executive assistant capacity
- Flexibility in adjusting to changing work priorities of the Executive Leadership Team
- Proficiency in systems and relevant computer software (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with large/global corporations
- Required hybrid office work to Mississauga, ON 3 days per week
