**Who we need**
We are looking for a Total Rewards Manager to elevate and evolve the Total Rewards portfolio. In this role, you will oversee the planning, design, implementation, and administration of the total rewards programs at Yorkville University and Toronto Film School, including benefits, wellness, recognition, job evaluation and compensation. Your work will ensure that our offerings remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the university’s goals and values. You will collaborate closely with university leadership, the People team, and external vendors to develop and manage comprehensive programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- This is a hybrid role, working two days a week in our downtown Toronto office._

**As our new Total Rewards Manager, you will**:
- ** Champion communications.**You will educate employees about their benefits options by developing and distributing communication materials. You will provide guidance and support to employees on all total rewards-related matters, including managing the Benefits inbox, and will work closely with the People Business Partnering team to resolve any benefits or compensation issues that arise. You will also develop and maintain policies and procedures related to total rewards.
- ** Develop wellness and recognition.** You will design and implement wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and financial well-being. You will also develop and manage employee recognition programs that celebrate achievements and foster a culture of appreciation.
