What’s it like working as a Talent & Engagement Specialist at Questrade?
The purpose of this role is to support Talent and Employee Engagement activities within Questrade Financial Group (QFG). In this role you will support the administration of performance management, succession planning process, employee well-being and employee engagement. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in organizational development while contributing to the growth and success of Questrade.

**In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
Performance Management
- Manage the administration of the Performance Management process through Dayforce
- Develop and update training materials and content to provide effective performance management conversations and step by step process guides
- Provide reporting as needed to key stakeholders
- Conduct audits of performance management forms & goals and modify process, training and communications as required
- Support other performance management projects as they arise

**Succession Planning**:

- Help create individual development plans and learning opportunities for employees with growth potential.
- Support the preparation of talent review meetings, including talent profiles and succession planning documentation
- Participate in Talent Review meetings and assist in documenting outcomes and action plans
- Maintain succession planning documentation and track progress of identified successors
- Manage the administration of Succession through Dayforce

**Employee Well-being**:

- Participate in the planning and execution of employee well-being programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate wellness workshops, team challenges and activities to promote a healthy work environment.
- Assist in analyzing employee feedback and well-being survey results, providing insights for further improvements.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Contribute to the development of employee engagement surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in analyzing survey data to identify engagement trends and opportunities for enhancing employee satisfaction.
- Help coordinate engagement events, recognition programs, and activities to foster a positive work culture.

- A University degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development or equivalent
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar administrative role, with exposure to HR processes and functions.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with performance management and employee development concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Critical thinking with a natural curiosity for continuous improvement
- Demonstrated personal commitment towards ongoing continuous professional development and learning.
- Previous experience in an OD specialist role or exposure to organizational development initiatives is a plus.
